How We Can Support You.
Individual Therapy
Child & Adolescent
Therapy for children and adolescents is adapted to the developmental level of the child.
It involves play, creative techniques and evidence-based therapies that are shown to be effective and easily understood by developing minds.
Individual Therapy
Adult
While clients may already have a mental health diagnosis, this is not a requirement for accessing therapy. Clients are welcome to contact for any life experience or challenge that may be causing them concern, or simply if they’re wanting to explore and enhance their wellbeing.
Parenting Support
Programs & Approaches
Children don’t come with a parenting manual (even though we wish they did!), and all parents can use some support at times.
School of Life Psychology is here to help with positive parenting techniques.
Assesments
Psychological
School of Life Psychology offers assessments for a variety of needs.
These may include diagnostic assessments or those required for funding purposes.
Supervision
AHPRA board-approved
Director Madeline Sibbing is an AHPRA board-approved supervisor.
She offers peer supervision for psychologists as well as supervision to meet internship requirements.
Training
Group & Individual
School of Life Psychology provides training and consultation services upon request.
These can be provided to parent groups, educators (pre-school, primary and secondary school) and community groups on a variety of topics.
